Terms

1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (“Colgate”)and conducted by RewardPort (“partner agency”) on the Product i.e.  select  products available across select stores and cities. For select stores and Product information, please check with your in-store merchandiser/champion in the concerned stores. 
2. The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 10/August/2021 to 31/December/2021 subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.

3. Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers will be entitled to choose any one of the two (2) assured benefit   i.e. 

• Zee5 subscription for 30days worth Rs. 99 (A)
• Zomato Voucher worth Rs. 100 (B)

Consumer will get an assured subscription to select as per the below process of redemption free of charge. Standard SMS/ Internet charges may apply during the redemption process.

Follow the below steps to redeem the voucher:

Step 1: Consumer receives the voucher on purchasing select Products, scratches the code, and send sms i.e. COLGATE <space> unique code to 8652631525<space> A/B. Standard SMS charges apply. Within 24 hours post registration the consumer receives and OTP with a link

Step 2: Consumer visits the link and enters the OTP along with name, mobile number, and email id. On successful submission consumer receives the selected partner code on email and sms within 24 hrs. OTP received on SMS is valid for a period of 30 days.

Once the particular subscription is selected on the above link then it cannot be changed again for redemption.

4. Partner voucher code will be received on SMS within 24 hours. Unique code can be used only once for getting the partner voucher code. Colgate shall not be responsible in case of the partner voucher code being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.

5. This Promotional Offer entitles the consumer with a choice of one fixed and assured  voucher from the given 2 options Zee5 subscription for 30days worth Rs.99 (A) or Zomato voucher worth Rs. 100 (B). Consumer shall be required to read, understand and accept the partner voucher (“Partner Vouchers”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner’s end. 

6. Unique code can be redeemed only via SMS to get partner voucher code. Partner voucher code can be redeemed ONLY on Partner Voucher app and website.

7. Maximum 3 vouchers can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Colgate and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.

8. Validity of the Partner voucher codes is 30 days period i.e. if the coupon code is received on SMS on 31^st December 2021 then the code would be valid for 30 days i.e. till 30th January 2022.

9. Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer on the Partner voucher  platform.

10. Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.

11. Partner voucher reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Rewardport if possible, will replace the experience and offer reward worth equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Colgate shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Partner Vouchers.

12. Partner Voucher reserves the right to terminate the voucher benefit at any time without notice.

13. Partner Voucher reserves the right to deny honoring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof

14. In no event Partner Voucher be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer..

15. The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.

16. The voucher cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations. Once consumer selects the choice of Partner Voucher it cannot be altered, changed or replaced with any other voucher experience listed in the Promotional Offer.

17. If the voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new eGift voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate eGift voucher will not be issued.

18. Colgate, Rewardport or Partner Voucher shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the gift  voucher. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.

19. Partner voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its booking terms from time to time.
20. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Partner Voucher platform.

20. This is strictly a one time usage code.

21. By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Colgate / Rewardport to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Colgate / RewardPort may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

23. The participating customers may, at the request of Colgate participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (INDIA) LIMITED for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating consumer agrees and consents to Colgate to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

24. The decision of Colgate or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

25. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Colgate and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.

26. The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

27. The use of Partner Voucher name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Partner Voucher in Colgate. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Colgate and Partner Voucher, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.

28. This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

29. This Promotional Offer is not based on chance and has an assured subscription given as a gratification.

Zee5 Term:

To Redeem ZEE5 Gift Voucher/ Gift cards: 

• • Login to your account on ZEE5 
  • Click on "Subscribe" on the top right corner of the screen
  • Enter your GV prepaid code in the "Have a coupon code" box
  • Click on "Apply"
  • On click the code is applied successful

• This is a Zee5 Insta Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted at the Zee5 website, i.e, https://www.zee5.com/ and the Zee5 application.
• To apply a GV voucher code, you'll need to visit ZEE5’s subscription offerings page on the website or ZEE5 application where you'll have the option to do so.
• The person who has the Zee5 GV is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• Zee5 is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
• One GV can be used in one transaction.
• This is a One-time use GV with an expiration date.
• No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV will be given.
• Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
• Zee5 GV CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations
• Zee5 GV can be clubbed with on-going promotions & offers.
• Zee5 GV cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Zee5 may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
• Zee5 shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Zee5, GV may not get accepted and Zee5 shall have no liability for the same.
• If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) gets blocked on account of technical issues, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
• In no event the liability of Zee5 for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) in dispute.

Zomato Term: 

To Redeem Zomato Voucher

• • Open Zomato mobile app/Website
  • Add your food/beverage item
  • Go to cart page and apply your Zomato code to the “Apply Code” section to get Rs.100 off.

• Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer on Zomato.
• Offer is valid on website/m-site/Android and iOS app 7.
• Offer is valid on all prepaid payment modes only.
• Offer valid for a single restaurant bill value only
• Zomato reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice
• Zomato reserves the right to terminate the offer at any time without notice
• Zomato reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
• In no event Zomato be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer
• Maximum discount that can be availed is 100%, upto Rs.100/-
• If the order amount exceeds the voucher Value then complete your payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking to pay balance amount.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Zomato.
• Delivery and taxes to be paid by the user.
